Our Papua New Guinea Eastern Highlands Peaberry Plus is a distinctive single-origin coffee grown in the volcanic highlands of Papua New Guinea at elevations of approximately 5,100 feet.

What makes this coffee special is its Peaberry classification. Unlike traditional coffee cherries that develop two flat-sided beans, a Peaberry forms as a single, small, rounded bean. These naturally occurring beans make up only a small portion of the coffee harvest and are carefully separated for their unique characteristics.

Sourced from smallholder farms surrounding the Lahamenegu Mill, this specialty coffee is carefully washed and processed to develop its naturally rich flavor profile, featuring notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, blackberry, and dried plum.
