Pixie Blend brings together Ethiopian and Sulawesi coffee beans in a rich, balanced cup with notes of passion fruit, plum, cane sugar, and a subtle hint of tobacco. Roasted to a Vienna roast, it pairs fruity brightness with a deep, smooth character and a satisfying finish.

This blend holds a special place in our story. Developed at By The Way Espresso, Pixie Blend helped inspire the start of Goose Creek Coffee Roasters. We’re proud to carry that tradition forward, honoring the people and place that first brought this coffee to life.
